This course is design especially for supervisors and executives who want to develop their career in management by becoming more technically competent in their work and enhancing critical leadership and management skills through training with IATA and Harvard ManageMentor (HMM). HMM provides access to action-oriented information on key management topics containing research-based content and engaging learning resources and tools.

Courses Contents

Participants will require to combine one eligible IATA specialised course and 10 HMM modules to receive the IATA-Harvard diploma.
